• Work data: Task titles, descriptions, and project names imported from connected tools (e.g. Asana).
• Uploaded files: PDF resumes you choose to upload for parsing (processed immediately and not stored long-term).
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store card details.
• Usage data: Basic analytics to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered resumes from your work history.
• To manage your account and plan.
• To process payments via Lemon Squeezy.
• To improve and debug the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI resume generation. Your task data is sent to Claude to generate resume content.
• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing
• Asana — Task data source (only when you connect your account)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (TLS) and environment-based secret management. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@taskcv.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (via Clerk). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights
