By accessing or using Resumate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resumate is an AI-powered resume builder that connects to project management tools (such as Asana) to generate professional resumes from your completed work history. The Service is provided on a free and paid basis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Resumate offers one-time purchases (Credits and Job Hunt Pass) processed via Lemon Squeezy. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a paid feature, contact us within 7 days at support@taskcv.app and we will work to resolve it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures; (c) scrape or automate the Service in ways not intended; (d) upload malicious content.

6. Intellectual Property

The resumes you generate are yours. Resumate retains ownership of the platform, templates, and underlying technology. You grant Resumate a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Resumate does not guarantee that AI-generated resumes will result in employment. Use the generated content as a starting point and review it carefully.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resumate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
